Internet Services
My household has multiple students. Can I receive multiple services?
Comcast Internet Essentials packages are limited to one (1) per household, regardless of the number of students living at that address. I have just completed my application for free internet. What do I do now?
Your application will be reviewed for eligibility. If you qualify, your application will be processed and you will be given a Comcast Internet Essentials service or a mobile data hotspot service. You will either receive a letter in the mail or your child's school will contact you to go pick up your mobile hotspot device. If you have any questions or concerns about your qualification for any of these services, contact Citywide Classroom by going to citywideclassroomsb.org/contact.
